Before working with us, Canadian Digital Marketing Agency Think Forward Media had been relying primarily on referrals and inbound traffic. They had tried a cold calling agency but gotten poor results since they were foreign based with foreign talent that didn’t understand the North American market and didn’t have a good sales process. They had been working in several different industries and had no clear niche and weren’t displaying their unique value proposition. Even though they had been in business for 13 years and gotten great results for their clients.We got to work to identify the most profitable niche for them to target based on their past experience and results they had gotten. They interviewed their clients and identified which areas they were able to provide the most value. Along with the insights obtained from this process, we did in depth market research to formulate a unique offer to differentiate them from all the other agencies in the marketplace. We narrowed down into the dental niche and worked together to develop a landing page with their new unique messaging and niche as The Dentist Agency. We also created new sales assets for this new niche using our market research process. This served as the basis for our outbound campaigns.We initially started outbound email campaigns targeting the surrounding area and slowly going broader to all of Canada. We tested 13 different email campaigns to find the messaging that resonates most with the marketplace. From those campaigns we found 2 outliers that we scaled.Once we had covered all of Canada we attacked the US market. This proved more challenging since the level of competition and sophistication was higher than in the Canadian market. We redeveloped our strategy to involve a hybrid approach involving cold calling along with cold email. This new strategy combined the best of the cold email campaigns with a personalized human touch to get in touch with the decision makers consistently and make it impossible to be ignored. This combined with an optimized landing page and a great offer allowed them to generate 3-5 sales appointments every week with their ideal clients. Increasing this would simply be a matter of dedicating more resources to these campaigns. These were prospects that explicitly expressed interest in their offer and wanted to learn more about their service.All in all we were able to generate 2.7M in pipeline revenue within 3 months of initiating our campaigns.
